All puppies purchased must be taken to the Buyer’s veterinarian within the first three (3) days after receiving the dog, proof must be provided within 10 days by email, fax or mail. If this is not done, the health guarantee becomes invalid and Buyer assumes all responsibility for the health of the puppy. It is necessary for the Buyer to complete the schedule of inoculations on time in order to protect the puppy’s health, and for the guarantee to remain valid. It is expected that the Buyer will have yearly exams for the puppy including heartworm detection, fecal examinations, and all vaccinations required by your veterinarian. This guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within 5 days of purchase and or transfer of puppy to another person. Seller guarantees this puppy to be free of all Communicable Disease for a period of 7 days after buyer takes physical possession of the puppy.

This pup is guaranteed for the 1st year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. Guarantee covers Kidney, heart, spine and liver problems of a severe, life threatening nature. If the dog dies within 1 year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied. All items covered by this guarantee are by replacement only. You must return affected pup to us (unless we request euthanasia) and we will replace him/her. We do not in most cases give refunds either full or partial. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, transportation costs to send affected pup back to us and to ship replacement pup to buyer. If you refuse to return pup or have it euthanized, you forfeit your right to any and all compensation.

If cause it’s congenital, the seller will replace puppy with the first available puppy of the same value as soon as possible. Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred, or shipping cost. Seller must be notified of the problem within 48 hours of the diagnosis. Buyer must have reports from 2 licensed vets from two unassociated veterinarian clinics. These reports must reach same diagnosis and conclusion. Buyer must obtain all vet records and get them to seller within 5 days of first request. Buyer must return animal for replacement. Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been euthanized without prior permission of the Seller. Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury, over feeding, underfeeding or feeding a poor diet. Does not have up to date records of vaccinations, dewormings and Heartgaurd, are not covered under this guarantee. A returned puppy must be returned to the breeder in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the buyer’s expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the breeder.

At the time of sale, this PUPPY is considered to be of “Pet Quality”. We offer no guarantee that this PUPPY does not have disqualifying faults now or will not arise at a later date, which would make this PUPPY unsuitable for the show ring or for breeding purposes. There is no Guarantee or Warranty that Buyer will be able to breed or show the puppy, regardless of show or breeding potential. This guarantee does not include, coccidiosis, or giardia, which can happen in puppies that are stressed from moving to new homes, I do give medicine before they leave to help with this. It’s worked very well.

This guarantee does not cover what we in the  breeds consider normal: cherry eye, entropion, ectropion, “loose” hips or knees, allergies, soft palate issues, trachea issues, stenotic nares, inverted tails, fertility issues, parasitic, fungal or bacterial infection, respiratory infection, undescended testes, localized demodex etc. You will be notified if and said conditions are seen here first. Buyer understands that we will not cover death if your pup has been put under (for surgery etc) and has died.

Buyer agrees to provide pup with routine preventative care such as but not limited to: Annual Physical exam by your vet. Follow vet guidelines on deworming, heartworm prevention and vaccinations. Provide a premium food, and continuing with the NuVet Plus Vitamin, Or guarantee will be terminated.

This contract is good for the original buyer only and is not transferable. If the buyer refuses to pay balance, changes mind, does not take timely delivery of the pup, the down payment will be forfeited.

Down payments are NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason other than the puppy is found to have serious health issues at our vet check.

All veterinarian charges, incurred by the purchaser, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by the breeder, including all spay or neuter charges. The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee adult size, color, and temperament. Nor does breeder guarantee for breeding.

Please be advised that until your puppy has had its full set of inoculations, it is susceptible to certain illnesses, and therefore should be kept out of areas where other dogs (and other animals) have been. This would include parks, pet stores, and even neighbors’ yards. While at the vet, keep your puppy on your lap or in a kennel, away from other animals. When your veterinarian tells you the shots are complete and your puppy is immune, you can then begin to “show off” your new family member. Should you have any other concerns about your puppy or their health, please feel free to contact us. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. Federal USDA and the State of Iowa Rules & Regulations govern all warranties and guarantees. All sales are considered initiated, transacted and finalized in Warren County, Iowa. All puppies will be examined by a licensed Veterinarian prior to delivery. All expenses incurred medical or otherwise, are the responsibility of the buyer after picked up.

Should any litigation arise regarding the puppy for any reason the purchaser is obligated to pay the seller’s legal fees. All picked up puppies are subject to sales tax.

No puppy is shipped/picked up without a signed contract, which will be sent to you at the time of Down Payment.
